One more time there is knitted foot in my guerilla activities. This time the Chicken Foot, in sunny yellow color. I prepared it in home advance before trip to Portugal (like that Monster Foot from Porto) and I took already finished with me. Dimension I set up as the most universal, suggesting my experience and available sizes of various municipal poles. Then I looked for the corresponding column at the time wandering around the city. Luckily I found one in a great location at a popular and frequented spot. I must admit that it looks great there. Unfortunately, subsequent observations of that Foot (and the previous feet from Porto & Rotterdam) show that unfortunately this is not the happiest design for installation in urban space. I will write about those observations in the next post.

Jeszcze raz pojawia się stopa w moich działaniach partyzanckich. Tym razem “Kurczakowa Stopa”, w słonecznie żółtym kolorze. Przygotowałam ją wcześniej przed wyjazdem do Portugalii (podobnie jak “Potworkową Stopę” z Porto) i zabrałam już gotową ze sobą. Wymiar założyłam uniwersalny, sugerując się doświadczeniem i dostępnymi mi danymi o wymiarach różnych miejskich słupków. Potem szukałam odpowiedniego słupa w czasie wędrówek po mieście. Szczęśliwie znalazłam jeden w znakomitej lokalizacji, uczęszczanym i popularnym miejscu. Muszę przyznać, że świetnie tam wygląda. Niestety późniejsze obserwacje tej stopy (oraz poprzednich z Porto i Rotterdamu) wskazują, że niestety nie jest to najszczęśliwszy projekt do instalacji w przestrzeni miejskiej.
